How To Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our 50th Anniversary Celebration!

so that we can get in contact with you for the event.
- Must be over the age of 21 to volunteer at this event.
- All volunteers are asked to come to a brief training and walk through the weekend before (October 26) where they will sign necessary waivers and be assigned their duties.
What To Expect
- Please arrive by 4:00 PM to assist with setup.
- Wear all black attire, and comfortable shoes.
- Pizza dinner will be provided for all volunteers!
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Assisting with check -in and check out
- Setting up silent and live auction tables
- Setting up dinner tables and decorations
- Assisting with live auction bidding
- Assisting with buffet service and dessert service
- Assisting with clean up at event end
All volunteers are asked to come to a brief training and walk through the weekend before (October 26) where they will sign necessary waivers and be assigned their duties.
All volunteers will be provided with rotating breaks and dinner.
If you are interested please make sure you are over 21 and have a valid form of ID.
This is a very special opportunity to join with the community of St. Helena as we treasure this great museum that benefits children, families, scholars, and people throughout the world.
